Union Fish opened in June. The restaurant seats a total of 70 patrons and its menu includes signature seafood dishes such as Pan Roasted Striped Bass with Bacon, Brussels and crispy Shallots and Baked Local Haddock with a Leek and Crab Crust over Potato Puree.
