Man Kicked Out of Hingham Planet Fitness for Grunting, Dropping Weights

Call it vigorous enforcement of fitness center rules.

Staff at Planet Fitness on Route 3A in Hingham called police Wednesday after a customer violated the company's strict policy against meatheads, dumbbell-clanging body builders and groaning iron pumpers.

The male customer – left unnamed in a Hingham Police Department incident report – was asked to stop grunting and dropping weights. 

"He said he can do what he wants," staff told the police. 

The man then swore on his way out, and jumped into a white Cadillac SUV. He was trespassed from the property and police filed the incident under "noise complaint."

No word if anyone pulled the "Lunk Alarm."
