Tryst Studio Donating to Breast Cancer Foundation in Name of Hingham Mom
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Tryst Studio, a salon in Hingham Square, will donated 25 percent of the $3,500 it generated Sunday during a Breast Cancer Awareness event to The Breast Cancer Foundation in the name of Jessica Adams, a beloved Hingham mom who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer this past summer.
Tryst hosted “Brows for Breast Cancer," a day of brow shaping and tutorials, on Sunday, Oct. 27. The Tryst Studio girls shaped and coiffed brows for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, dedicated to funding innovative research and increasing public awareness about good breast health.
"As a studio that stands for making women feel beautiful inside and out, Tryst strongly supports all of the women bravely battling breast cancer and hopes to raise awareness during this first annual event," owner and make-up artist Kelly O’Keefe said in a press release.
