5 Things You Need to Know This Weekend
Our weekday morning column, 5 Things You Need to Know, provides you with information that can help you plan your day and give you some fodder for water cooler conversations.

1. Newcomers Fair: The  will be hosting their annual fair on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the . The fair will showcase all of the social and civic activities that the Newcomers have planned for the 2012-2013 season. It will be a great chance to learn more about the Newcomers, to sign up for new activities, to join or renew your membership, and to see plenty of familiar faces – and some new ones too.
2. Are you ready for some football?: High school football in the TVL starts up TONIGHT, and the Panthers and Hillers are ready to get the season underway. . Holliston begins their season at home as well, . Both games are at 7 p.m.
