3. Dykema Hosts Senior Picnic: From noon to 2 p.m. Rep. Carolyn Dykema will be at the  to meet with area senior citizens and talk to them about the issues that impact their lives.

4. Fresh Air Fund: Thirty-seven New York City children will be arriving in Marlborough today. Volunteer host families, including one from Holliston, share their summers for up to two weeks with Fresh Air children, ages six to 18, who leave behind the city streets to run barefoot in the grass or see the stars at night. Some youngsters are leaving home for the first time, while others are returning to visit the same host families for consecutive summers.
