Elite Boston Marathon Runners Visit Hopkinton School
Kenyan runners received a warm welcome from Hopkinton Elementary School students.
Eight of the world's top marathon runners entered the Elmwood School gymnasium on Thursday to a crowd of hundreds of excited students.
Hopkinton's second and third grade students welcomed the runners by singing the Kenyan national anthem and performing traditional African music.
At the event, 2012 Men's Boston Marathon Champion, Wesley Korir, thanked students for the warm reception.
