EMC's CEO Among Highest Paid in Massachusetts

According to a report on Boston.com listing the 25 highest paid CEOs in Massachusetts, Hopkinton-based EMC's leader came in the top 10.

"[Joseph] Tucci’s 2011 compensation included a salary of $1 million , roughly $10 million in stock and options awards, as well as incentive payments of $2.1 million in cash," the site says.

Also on the list is the CEO of PerkinElmer, a biotech company that recently acquired Hopkinton's Caliper Life Science. Robert Friel made nearly $13 million last year according to the site.
