Fire Log: Ambulance Responds to Car Crash
The following information was provided by the Holliston Fire Department.

Friday, Nov. 25
6:19 a.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
1:06 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A Franklin resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:55 p.m.: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Kenneth Fisher and Lieutenant Mark Heavner responded to a spill on Highland Street.
11:07 p.m.: Still Alarm – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Kenneth Fisher and Lieutenant Mark Heavner, Ladder 1 and Engines 1 and 3 responded to an alarm activation on Windsor Drive.

Saturday, Nov. 26
12:42 a.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Locust Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
2:15 p.m.: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Kenneth Fisher and Lieutenant Mark Heavner investigated an alarm activation on Stagecoach Road.
Sunday, Nov. 27
1:47 a.m.: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to Prentice and Mill Streets for a motor vehicle crash. One person was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
8:07 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Rockland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
Monday, Nov. 28
7:38 a.m.: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
8:34 a.m.: Assistance Call - Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an assistance call on Washington Street.
10:43 a.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
1:15 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport and a signed refusal was obtained.
2:05 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
2:55 p.m.: Medical – The backup ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
3:30 p.m.: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
3:59 p.m.: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Jim Moore and Engine 2 investigated an outside fire on Norfolk Street.
9:27 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Willowgate Rise. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
Tuesday, Nov. 29
7:20 a.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
3:40 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
3:55 p.m.: Medical - The backup ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Lowland Street. A Milford resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
7:39 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
8:40 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Church Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
8:46 p.m.: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Church Street. NStar Gas was also notified and responded.
Thursday, Dec. 1
9:19 a.m.: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
10:25 a.m.: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
12:20 p.m.: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an assistance call on Pilgrim Road.
2:00 p.m.: Mutual Aid – Chief Michael Cassidy was in command of a landing zone at the Warren Conference Center in Ashland which was secured by Hopkinton Engine 4. A patient who had been transported by a Framingham ambulance from a pedestrian crash on Pond Street was flown by LifeFlight helicopter to UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus in Worcester.
3:20 p.m.: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
3:55 p.m.: Assistance Call - Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an assistance call on Willowgate Rise.
6:25 p.m.: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
