The Holliston Fire Department responded to the following 22 incidents last week.

Friday, Sept. 28

11:40 a.m.: Engine 1 responded mutual aid to the Millis for a fire alarm activation on Orchard Street.

10:05 p.m.: Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Murphy and Lieutenant Sean Irr investigated an alarm activation on Pondview Road.

Saturday, Sept. 29

7:51 a.m.: The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Maple Dell Lane.

8:08 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:33 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Locust Street.

Sunday, Sept. 30

9:40 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A Florida resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:40 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

2:56 p.m.: Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Murphy investigated an alarm activation on Dalton Road.

7:26 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Courtland Street. A Mansfield resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:03 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A Medway resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, Oct. 01

4:10 p.m.: Deputy Jim Moore, the ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One driver was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. The other driver refused transport, a signed waiver was obtained.

4:18 p.m.: The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jeffrey Avenue. A Framingham resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:50 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Northway Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

11:42 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Tuesday, Oct. 02

8:14 a.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Prentice Street.

11:10 a.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Spruce Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:51 p.m.: The ambulance responded mutual aid Medway for a motor vehicle crash on Winthrop Street. Two patients were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:13 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Prentice Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Thursday, Oct. 04

5:41 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:03 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pleasant Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

6:27 p.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:25 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Norfolk Street.
