Holliston Fire Log: Multiple Injuries in Highland Street Crash

The Holliston Fire Department responded to 17 incidents last week.

Friday, Sept. 21

10:15 a.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A Taunton resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:15 a.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:55 p.m.: The fire department responded to a direct alarm on Woodland Street.

2:24 p.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, Sept. 23

1:57 a.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Jim Moore, Weekend Duty Officers Captain Mark Dellicker and Firefighter Richard Rossini, the ambulance, the back-up ambulance, and paramedics from both Ashland Fire and Hopkinton Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street.  Ashland transported one patient to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham; Hopkinton transported one patient to UMass Memorial Medical Center, Worcester; the primary ambulance transported one patient to UMass. Memorial Medical Center, Worcester; and the backup ambulance transported two patients to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:01 a.m.: The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Monday, Sept. 24

8:20 a.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Paul Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:48 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street.  A Medway resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

10:29 a.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A Sherborn resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:32 p.m.: Deputy Jim Moore and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

11:38 a.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

Thursday, Sept. 27

2:52 a.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:50 a.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:29 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

11:57 a.m.: The fire department responded to a direct alarm on Washington Street.

6:20 p.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Winthrop Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:28 p.m.: The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Nobscot Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
