Holliston Man Pleads Guilty to Felony Drug Charges

Cocaine and marijuana dealer received a sentence of four months probation.

A Holliston man who was arrested with more than 30 grams of cocaine in his pocket pleaded guilty to felony drug charges Friday, receiving a sentence of four months probation.

John Banda, 43, formerly of 152 Norfolk St. was living with his twin 7 year-old daughters when he was arrested in 2008, according to Banda's former landlord, Nancy Baron.

He was charged with distribution of class B and class D drugs, an Assistant District Attorney spokesman said.
