Holliston Police Log: Loud Neighbors, Bad Day

The following information was provided by the Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Wednesday, Aug. 1

12:43 a.m.: A caller from Turner Road reported a loud neighbor. The caller said they had tried to talk to the neighbor about the issue.  spoke with the neighbor and advised them to keep the noise down.

6:31 a.m.: A caller from Wingate road reported a suspicious black pickup truck with one white door on the passenger’s side. When officers arrive the truck was gone.

2:15 p.m.: An officer assisted with the paperwork exchange after a car crash on Mohawk Patch.

3:05 p.m.: Officers responded to a verbal disagreement between a mother and her son on Fiske Street. The son had left before officers arrived.

4:10 p.m.: A person walked in to the station to report that they had been involved in a minor crash near the .

5:43 p.m.: A 911 caller reported a vehicle off the roadway on Central Street. There were not any apparent injuries.

6:37 p.m.: A caller from Brook Street said she could hear yelling and breaking items in her neighbor’s house. Officers responded and spoke to the homeowner who reported they were having a bad day and were upset.

Thursday, Aug. 2

8:51 a.m.: Officers stopped a vehicle on Washington Street and issued a summons to the operator for driving with a revoked registration. The car was towed and the operator was given a ride home.

1:45 p.m.: A caller from Fairlane Way complained about skateboarders in the area. An officer drove by and observed two skateboarders wearing helmets and using caution, no violations.

2:05 p.m.: A caller complained about a tree cutting crew on Concord Street. An officer had them move off the roadway.

11:59 p.m.: A caller reported a loud party on Greenview Drive. An officer responded and found three people swimming; they were advised to bring it inside.
