Hopkinton 300th Celebration Committee Needs Your Help

Volunteers of all types are needed to make the event a success.

The Town of Hopkinton turns 300 years old in 2015 and volunteers are needed to help prepare the town-wide celebration.

According to flyers posted around town, the Hopkinton 300th Celebration Committee has created a preliminary schedule of events for 2015 to include:

  • Community Arts Weekend
  • Green Up Weekend
  • Golf Tournament and BBQ
  • Historical Home and Garden Tours
  • 300th Celebration Weekend including parade, class reunions, and family events
  • Road Race with Historical Stops
  • Holiday Events
If you can answer "yes" to any of these questions, your help is needed to make it a success:

  • Do you have mad organizational skills?
  • Are you an expert in fundraising?
  • Can you pull together a team and orchestrate an event of interest?
  • Are you artistic?
  • Do you have other talents that can make the celebration unique?
  • Do you just want to be a "worker bee?"
