Hopkinton PD Need Help ID'ing Car Break-in Suspects
Hopkinton detectives are working with area police departments to track down the suspects in a string of car break-ins.
HOPKINTON, MA — Hopkinton police are joining nearby police departments in trying to find the people responsible for a string of car break-ins across the MetroWest. Hopkinton police shared surveillance photos of two men they believe are involved in the break-ins.
Throughout August, police departments from Concord to Wellesley and Hopkinton have reported cars being broken into. All the cars involved were unlocked, sometimes with the key fobs in them and usually have other items of value in plain sight inside the vehicle. Police said the cars were broken into in the early morning hours.
The men are usually in stolen high-end vehicles with Connecticut license plates driving through neighborhoods between 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. The vehicles they have targeted are usually high-end vehicles like Mercedes, Range Rovers, BMWs, ect.

There have been no break-ins reported in Hopkinton but surrounding towns like Holliston have. Police said if you recognize any of the people or car (white Mercedes sedan) please contact the Hopkinton Police Detective Bureau at 508-497-3401.
