Hopkinton Police Log: Multiple Breaking and Enterings Reported
The following information was provided by the Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Monday, Sept. 17
7:35 a.m.: An officer responded to a two-car crash on West Main Street. Both vehicles were towed; no injuries were reported.
2:36 p.m.: A resident walked in to the Hopkinton Police Department to report a larceny.

5:43 p.m.: A caller from a gas station on Main Street reported a hit and run in front of Colella’s. When an officer responded he reported that the incident was actually a disabled motor vehicle. Help was on the way.
Tuesday, Sept. 18

6:14 a.m.: A caller reported a possible bylaw violation with equipment running at Legacy Farms. An officer responded and only found a fuel delivery vehicle operating.
6:43 a.m.: An officer responded to a disabled motor vehicle on West Main Street under route 495. The officer was able to assist in moving the vehicle off the road.
 12:23 p.m.: A resident reported that his house on West Main Street had been broken in to.
3:07 p.m.: A caller reported finding an injured dog on Pond Street near the country club. A message was left for Animal Control.
3:22 p.m.: A caller reported returning to her East Main Street home to find that her door had been pried open with a crowbar.
5:01 p.m.: A homeowner from Wood Street reported a past breaking and entering.
8:10 p.m.: A vehicle crashed in to a pole on Fruit Street. The operator was transported to the hospital for evaluation.

Wednesday, Sept. 19
12:53 a.m.: A caller reported a possible fire behind JB’s Service Station on Hayden Rowe Street. Units checked the area but the report was unfounded.
9:09 a.m.: An officer coned off a tree on Main Street while the tree warden made a decision about the tree’s safety.
1:12 p.m.: An officer responded to a report of tire marks on the Fruit Street field.
2:06 p.m.: A resident walked in to the station to report larceny of his unemployment checks.
4:00 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in her driveway. Officers responded and spoke to the driver who was at the wrong address.
