Nov. 30 1:28 a.m.: A resident on Wilkins Road called reporting his girlfriend stole his ATM card. Police spoke to the girlfriend, who said the card was given to her willingly, and gave the card to Police. The caller asked Police to destroy the card.  7:18 a.m.: Police stopped a vehicle for a speeding violation and discovered its driver had an expired license. Police transported her back to her residence.   07:37 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on the corner of Washington Street and Summer Street.
