Tuesday, Feb. 14 8:36 a.m.: stopped an unregistered vehicle on Ashland Street. The owner registered his vehicle on the roadside. 3:22 p.m.: Police received a complaint of a black pickup truck racing up and down the road on Mayflower Lane with youths standing on the side of the vehicle. When an officer located the truck, its occupants said they were conducting a physics experiment.  10:15 p.m.: An officer checked an unoccupied vehicle in an Arch Street parking lot. A couple was located near the beach area, and was advised to leave.
