Police Log: Man Considered Danger to Himself Taken to Psychiatric Unit

Oct. 26

2:07 a.m.: A Washington Street resident reported an audible alarm. Police found a truck with its alarm stuck on and silenced it. 

6:47 a.m.: Police shot and killed a sick raccoon on Hanlon Road using a .22 caliber rifle after a resident reported seeing the animal.

9:56 p.m.: Police stopped a vehicle on Washington Street that was reported as being driven by a man who had been drinking and taking pills. Police determined he may be a danger to himself and brought him to MetroWest Medical Center's Psychiatric unit.
