Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital Accepting New Pediatric Appointments

Families in and around Jamaica Plain looking for new pediatric care are in luck.

Brigham and Women’s Family Care Associates at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain announced Tuesday that it is now accepting new pediatric appointments.

The aim of the new openings, hospital representatives said, is to offer a “family-centered approach to primary care that allows doctors to oftentimes treat an entire family, from infants and teens to adults and elderly patients.”

“Many of our patients have complex medical needs,” Dr. Colleen Monaghan, Medical Director of Family Care Associates, said in a statement. “These are parents who have young children or are looking after the health issues of their own parents. At our practice, the entire family can have their needs cared for by our staff.”

The hospital is located at 1153 Centre St. in Jamaica Plain, across from the Arnold Arboretum. To make a new appointment, call 617-983-7025 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
