Jamaica Plain Artist to be Included in Upcoming New York City Exhibit
The work of a local photographer will be featured.

An upcoming art exhibit in New York City will feature the work of Jamaica Plain photographer Lisa Froment.
The exhibition is set to open on Sept. 16 and will remain on view until Oct. 7 at the Agora Gallery, 530 West 25th St., Chelsea, New York. An opening reception is also set to take place on Thursday, Sept. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m., and gallery hours will be held Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Froment’s work to be featured in the exhibit, which comprises watercolors and oil paintings, was inspired by “the quaint harbors, boats and marshes of the New England coastline,” according to a new release late last week.
