Investigators believe Dowing and Lei had some "fleeting physical contact" after which Downing allegedly acted out in a hostile manner, the Suffolk County DA's office said.Lei died one day after the incident at Tufts Medical Center.Downing initially fled the scene, but was later tracked down by Boston Police, investigators said. Downing's bail was reduced from $75,000 to $10,000. She will be arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court on Oct. 9.
