District 6 City Councilor Matt O'Malley from Jamaica Plain has tweeted he will be able to house runners from out of town. "Any out of town runners that need shelter/rides/help: DM me. My place is yours." said a tweet from <a href="http://twitter.com/mattomalley" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">@MattOMalley</a> at 5:16 p.m. There were two explosions near the finish line of today's Boston Marathon. A third explosion has been reported at JFK Library at UMass Boston. Jamaica Plain Patch will provide updates as they become available.
