A person was fatally shot in Boston's Mission Hill section Wednesday afternoon, police officials say.Police learned of the shooting at the Stop &amp; Shop on Alleghany Street around noon time. The incident took place in the store's parking lot.The victim, identified as an adult male in his 20s, was transported for the treatment of life-threatening injuries. The man later died at Brigham and Women's Hospital.Police say they are searching for a male suspect. It's believed the victim was targeted.The facts and circumstances surrounding the incident are being actively investigated at this time.
