The Boston Police Department is seeking the public's help in an effort to identify a man wanted for shooting which took place near <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/fenwaykenmore/1-hurt-shooting-near-bostons-northeastern-university">Northeastern University on Tuesday</a>.Around 4:30 p.m., officers were called to the area of 307 Huntington Avenue for reports of a person shot. Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered a black male male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.Further investigations led to police identifying a suspect of interest. Surveillance video in the area captured a black male running from the scene after the shooting took place.The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident at this time.Anyone with information regarding the suspect's identity is asked to call detectives directly at (617) 343-5619.
