Earlier in the week, a Forest Hills resident told Jamaica Plain Patch she wants the city to transform a vacant lot in her neighborhood into a dog park. Several readers agreed that the lot should be made into a park for dogs. Sydney Rosen said: There are few places in the area where dogs are allowed to play off leash (legally). Would love to support this. Rhea Becker said: Dogs need to run and there is no truly OK place for dogs to do this.
