• Franklin County Career & Technical Institute celebrates 37 adult grads (recorder.com) — A Leverett resident, Maxim Chekan, is among 37 adults who just completed intensive trade training through the Franklin County Career & Technical Institute, gaining new skills in building maintenance, electrical work, automotive technology, or welding. The program, held at Franklin County Technical School in Montague, is tuition-free for qualified students and highlights how local adults are upskilling for better jobs across the region.
