UPDATED: Bank on Waltham Street Robbed This Morning
Police are looking for a suspect in this morning's robbery at Watertown Savings Bank.
Police are looking for a man who robbed the Watertown Savings Bank at 1075 Waltham St. this morning around 9:30 a.m., after approaching a teller with a knife and demanding cash, police said.
The man is described as being white, of medium build, approximately 5-foot-seven to 5-foot-nine tall. He was wearing dark pants and a blue jacket, accoring to a press release from the Lexington Police Dept., and had the hood pulled over his head and material covering his face.
The man took an unknown amount of cash, and got into a waiting car, believed to be a green four-door Toyota sedan with Mass. registration 332EB4. The car left the bank and headed north toward Rte. 2.

The car's license plate is listed as stolen, out of Winchester, said Capt. Manny Ferro, and the robbery remains under investigation.
"The FBI is working with us to look at some leads we have," Ferro said. "Right now we're looking for any information people might have for us."
