Starting April 1, 2026, a valid boater safety certificate will be required for all individuals operating motorboats and PWCs in Massachusetts.
Take the Boat America Boating Safety Class this Winter!
U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary's Boat America course is an 8-session boating safety class open to adults and youth 12 years of age and older. This NASBLA approved course provides the knowledge needed to obtain a Massachusetts or New Hampshire boating certificate. Certificates will be issued to students who pass the final exam.
This 8 Session in-person class is taught Tuesdays from 7:00pm – 8:45pm

Annie is a passionate moss lover, a moss pied Piper! She will introduce us to the basics of moss gardening, emphasizing aesthetic and environmental advantages. Her talk will exemplify how mosses provide your-round beauty.
Alternatives to grass lawns featuring mosses for shade and sun exposure will be emphasized. She will be available to Zoom to answer your questions.
