Lexington Farmers' Market Tops List

Farmers' market is a Best of Boston selection.

Boston Magazine has named the Lexington Farmers' Market as its "Best of Boston 2010: Farmers' Market," ahead of runner-ups Belmont and Copley Square.

The magazine cites the markets' expanding list of vendors, offering a range of produce, meat and food products, plus the several artisans selling work weekly and occasional classes and events, as reasons for the market's selection.

The market is held each Tuesday from 2 to 6:30 p.m. on the field near the Town Office Building at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Woburn Street. More information is available on its website.
