Patch Snap is an occasional post that features pictures from around Lexington or Lexington residents out and about.

Welcome to our first edition of Patch Snap, where we highlight a picture or pictures of around Lexington or of Lexington residents out and about.
Today's Patch Snap comes from Grace Shin of Regan Communications, who states:
"[In September] over 2,000 people participated in the 21st Annual Komen Massachusetts Race for the Cure. This inspiring event, which took place in South Boston on Sunday, September 29th, was presented by the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen."

"Local Lexington residents joined in on the fun by running and walking in the annual 5k. The Race kicked off Komen MA’s October activities for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The 5K fitness walk/run is dedicated to raising dollars to support local breast health programs that cover education, prevention, screening, and treatment while also funding the most promising research on a national level."
