Reminder: Voter Registration Deadline is Aug. 25

The deadline for voter registration in advance of the Sept. 14 state primary is coming up later this week.

In order to vote in the state primary election in September, residents must be registered by Aug. 25. Mail-in voter registration forms are available at the Town Clerk's office, Lexington Police Station and at Cary Memorial Library. 

Walk-in voter registrations will be accepted on Aug. 25 at the Town Clerk's office from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voter registration forms are also available in other towns at their Town Clerk offices, and will be forwarded to Lexington if filled out elsewhere.
