Monday, Sept. 6

1:53 a.m. – A noise complaint was received from Mass Avenue.

8:21 a.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Mass Avenue.

9:33 a.m. – Police checked on a report of youths tampering with a door on Buckman Drive.

10:21 a.m. – A domestic dispute between a father, son and daughter-in-law was reported on Eastern Avenue.

11:14 a.m. – An accident occurred on Marrett Road at Kendall Road.

5:21 p.m. – Police checked a traffic light on Lowell Street.

5:30 p.m. – Police checked on three kids with BB guns on Outlook Drive.

5:56 p.m. – Waltham Police issued a BOLO (be on the lookout) for a missing 16-year-old.

7:48 p.m. – A break-in over the weekend was reported on Dane Road. The front door was damaged, and jewelry was taken.

7:48 p.m. – Suspicious activity by two cars was reported on Haskell Street.

10:33 p.m. – A break-in over the weekend was reported on Bloomfield Street. One item of jewelry was taken.

 

Sunday, Sept. 5

4:15 a.m. – Police checked a home on Mass Avenue after a resident heard a noise.

10:59 a.m. – Lost dogs were reported on Rangeway Street.

11:38 a.m. – A driver on Mass Avenue at Percy Road was cited for driving with a suspended license.

12:02 p.m. – A bicycle was reported stolen on Waltham Street.

4:51 p.m. – A break-in was reported on Winter Street, through the back door of a home. Several pieces of jewelry and electronics were taken.

5:16 p.m. – A wallet was found on Mass Avenue.

8:11 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Mass Avenue at Marrett Road.

8:17 p.m. – An open gate was reported on Maple Street.

 

Saturday, Sept. 4

3:13 a.m. – Lowell Police issued a BOLO for shooting suspects in Lowell.

6:33 a.m. – A Percy Road driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.

9:31 a.m. – A Waltham Street driver was cited for driving with a suspended license.

9:31 a.m. – A cell phone was reported stolen from the computer area at the Quality Inn.

10:44 a.m. – Police checked a house on Dane Road after a resident reported someone banging on the door.

11:59 a.m. – A conservation sign was reported stolen on Brent Road.

12:51 p.m. – A tree limb was down on Lowell Street.

1:15 p.m. – A driver on Waltham Street was cited for driving with a suspended license.

1:23 p.m. – Credit card fraud was reported on Demar Road.

1:47 p.m. – An accident occurred on Bedford Street.

3:13 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Bedford Street.

3:18 p.m. – Fraud outside Lexington was reported on Mass Avenue.

3:52 p.m. – A bicycle was found on Worthen Road.

4:48 p.m. – Open windows were reported on Grove Street.

6:14 p.m. – A dog was reported as lost on North Street.

7:30 p.m. – A dispute was reported on Oakland Street.

7:58 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Mass Avenue.

9:03 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Rte. 2 and Waltham Street.

9:13 p.m. – A Lincoln Street resident reported noise in an upstairs apartment while the owner was on vacation. It was the owner's son. Two calls were placed.

9:59 p.m. – A wallet was reported lost on Mass Avenue.

 

Friday, Sept. 3

12:14 a.m. – A stolen car was found on Marrett Road.

8:26 a.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Mass Avenue at Edison Way.

8:5 a.m. – A suspicious package was found on Mass Avenue.

11:19 a.m. – Threats were reported on Katahdin Drive.

11:56 a.m. – A driver on Hartwell Avenue was cited for having an expired registration.

1:18 p.m. – A stolen car was recovered on Lowell Street.

1:23 p.m. – An injured rabbit was reported on Fletcher Avenue and the Bikeway.

4:08 p.m. – A car parked in a handicapped spot was reported on Mass Avenue.

4:41 p.m. – A driver was cited for driving with out a license on Rte. 128.

5:28 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Hartwell Avenue.

5:45 p.m. – Property was reported lost on Worthen Road.

7:36 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Skyview Road.

8:34 p.m. – An accident occurred on Pelham Road.

11:07 p.m. – A power outage was reported on Barberry Road.

 

Thursday, Sept. 2

8:32 a.m. – A Lexington man was arrested on Mass Avenue and charged with breaking and entering during the night, police said. Julian Zagaeski, 18, of 814 Mass Avenue, was also charged with larceny over $250, police.

12:09 p.m. – A civil dispute was reported on Fifer Lane.

12:12 p.m. – Fraud outside Lexington was reported on Dewey Road.

2:55 p.m. – Shoplifting was reported at CVS on Mass Avenue. A bottle of iced tea was stolen.

3:20 p.m. – Shoplifting was reported at CVS on Mass Avenue. A beverage was stolen.

6:40 p.m. – An animal locked in a car was reported on Bedford Street.

9:44 p.m. – Property was found on Mass Avenue.

10:35 p.m. – Property was lost on Woburn Street.

11:02 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Woburn Street.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 1

2:56 a.m. – Yarmouth Police notified Lexington Police of a Lexington resident's death.

6:47 a.m. – A construction noise complaint was received from Marrett Road and Prospect Hill Road.

7:44 a.m. – An accident occurred on Mass Avenue.

8:15 a.m. – A sick raccoon was reported on Tufts Road.

8:32 a.m. – A hit-and-run accident occurred on Mass Avenue.

10:56 p.m. – A sick raccoon was reported on Grassland Street.

4:36 p.m. – A wire was down in the roadway on Burlington Street.

4:48 p.m. – Two Lexington residents were arrested and charged after taking food items from CVS on Mass Avenue, police said. Justin Scott Cobuzzi, 20, of 106 Laconia St., and Keren R. Schatz, 18, of 135 Worthen Road, were charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise, police said.

5:05 p.m. – A civil dispute over marital property was reported on Marrett Road. Damage was done to a car.

6:12 p.m. – A driver on Marrett Road was cited for an expired registration.

6:54 p.m. – Police investigated a missing check on Main Campus Drive.

8:53 p.m. – A criminal process was served by Maynard Police on Mass Avenue.

 

Tuesday, Aug. 31

3:28 a.m. – An open construction trailer door was reported on Hartwell Avenue.

6:02 a.m. – A noise complaint was received from Grove Street.

8:28 a.m. – A Bridge School parent reported a male exposing himself in the park by the school. A 16-year-old boy was found intoxicated, however he did not expose himself, police said. The boy was taken home to his parents.

8:58 a.m. – A parking complaint was received from Lowell Street.

9:09 a.m. – A bicycle was found on Worthen Road.

9:58 a.m. – A robbery was reported at Watertown Savings Bank on Waltham Street. See related story with surveillance video footage.

11:35 a.m. – A women's wallet was found on Mass Avenue.

12:33 p.m. – An accident occurred on Bedford Street.

1:22 p.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Mass Avenue.

3:36 p.m. – A wire was down on Mass Avenue.

4:00 p.m. – A falcon was reported to Animal Control on Chandler Street.

4:22 p.m. – Police checked on the well being of an intoxicated man on the Bikeway.

4:55 p.m. – A parking complaint of a car in a handicapped spot was reported on Bedford Street.

6:20 p.m. – A driver on Mass Avenue was cited for a revoked registration.

10:32 p.m. – A BOLO was issued on an armed robbery in Woburn.
