Sunday, Sept. 12

8:21 a.m. – A town bylaw violation of workmen working was reported on Lisbeth Street.

12:11 p.m. – Threats were reported on Stedman Road.

3:22 p.m. – A Razor scooter was reported stolen on Garfield Street.

5:00 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Marrett Road.

8:58 p.m. – A break-in was reported on Bates Road. The resident reported a rear window was smashed and several drawers were gone through. Jewelry was stolen.

 

Saturday, Sept. 11

5:14 a.m. – Town bylaw trash truck Grant Place.

12:14 p.m. – Vandalism was reported on Brent Road.

5:50 p.m. – A Waltham man was arrested on Bedford Street. Albert James Clark, 21, of 97 Gore St., was charged with receiving stolen property over $250, police said. The items included four car rims and tires stolen earlier in the week, police said.

7:47 p.m. – A noise complaint was received from Woburn Street.

9:22 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Heritage Drive.

11:18 p.m. – A bike helmet and lock were found on Mass Avenue.

 

Friday, Sept. 10

12:02 a.m. – Malicious destruction of property was reported on East Street. A couch was damaged.

5:56 a.m. – A noise violation was reported on Parker Street.

10:24 a.m. – A suspicious person walking with their face covered by a mask was reported on Mass Avenue. Police found it was a woman wearing a mask because she had a cold.

11:41 a.m. – Four teens were cited for marijuana possession of less than one ounce on Worthen Road.

1:05 p.m. – A parking complaint was received from Mass Avenue.

1:43 p.m. – An arrest was made on Leonard Road on an outside warrant.

1:56 p.m. – A disgruntled worker was reported on Lowell Street.

2:01 p.m. – Spools of Edison wire were reported in the street on Mass Avenue at Bow Street.

2:11 p.m. – A machete was turned in to police on Mass Avenue.

3:16 p.m. – A parking complaint of buses blocked by cars was reported on Adams Street.

4:04 p.m. – An object was reported as being in the road on Woburn Street.

4:14 p.m. – Youths were reported on a bridge on Grant Street.

6:56 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Lincoln Street.

8:06 p.m. – Suspicious activity of a man and woman sitting on the grass using a cell phone was reported on Saddle Club Road.

 

Thursday, Sept. 9

8:53 a.m. – Honda tires and rims were reported stolen on Lexington Ridge Drive. An arrest was made in the case on Sept. 11.

9:25 a.m. – Tools were reported stolen from an open garage on Mountain Road.

9:47 a.m. – A parking complaint of cars near the intersection of Augustus Road and Reed Street was reported.

12:30 p.m. – Vandalism was reported on Brent Road.

1:48 p.m. – An accident occurred on Mass Avenue at Harrington Road.

2:53 p.m. – A dog was struck by a car on Mass Avenue.

3:12 p.m. – Trespassing was reported on Reed Street.

3:14 p.m. – A criminal process was served on Lexington Ridge Road.

3:32 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled at Depot Square.

3:34 p.m. – An overdue youth was reported on Bicentennial Drive.

4:15 p.m. – A suspicious car was reported on Marrett Road.

5:41 p.m. – A car was reported disabled on Spring Street.

6:19 p.m. – A bicycle was reported stolen on Marrett Road.

8:22 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported on Main Campus Drive.

9:32 p.m. – Marijuana was found on Cedar Street and turned in to police.

9:43 p.m. – A hit-and-run accident with property damage was reported on North Street.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 8

6:34 a.m. – A car was repossessed on Katahdin Drive.

7:33 a.m. – An object was reported in the road on Bedford Street.

11:48 a.m. – Four car tires were reported stolen on Waltham Street.

2:17 p.m. – An accident occurred on Walnut Street.

2:37 p.m. – Police received information on a bank robbery in Malden.

2:43 p.m. – Shoplifting was reported at CVS on Mass Avenue, and police arrested a Boston man. Jose J. Barbosa, 40, of 444 Harrison Avenue, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, police said. He was also charged on warrants from Boston police for resisting arrest, police said.

3:02 p.m. – Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was reported on Marrett Road. A white male assaulted two National Heritage Museum employees. The man is described as being white with an olive complexion, 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall.

4:11 p.m. – An accident occurred on Marrett Road at Middle Street.

6:47 p.m. – Suspicious activity by youths was reported on Mass Avenue.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 7

1:57 a.m. – A car was repossessed on Spencer Street.

7:24 a.m. – Malicious destruction of property was reported on Watertown Street.

7:49 a.m. – A parking complaint was received from Hill Street.

9:00 a.m. – A dog, a black and tan coonhound, was reported lost on Brent Road.

9:20 a.m. – A low-hanging wire was reported on Cedar Street.

9:35 a.m. – A dog, a short-haired black dog with big ears, was reported lost on Maple Street.

10:17 a.m. – Police received a BOLO from Wakefield police.

11:19 a.m. – A parking complaint was received from Mass Avenue.

11:48 a.m. – An attempted breaking and entering was reported on Katahdin Drive.

2:00 p.m. – An accident occurred on Bedford Street at Worthen Road.

7:33 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Marrett Road.
