Sunday, Aug. 15

4:29 a.m. – A noise complaint of youths being loud was reported on Lowell Street.

6:40 a.m. – A suspicious car was reported on Theresa Avenue.

8:08 a.m. – A credit card was found on Marrett Road.

9:08 a.m. – Contractors working without a permit were reported on Bedford Road.

11:10 a.m. – Three bikes were reported stolen on Burlington Street.

11:26 a.m. – A Billerica man was arrested and charged in connection with a July 26 Burlington Street burglary, police said. Agop Jack Anajarian, 24, of 5 Fenner St., Billerica was charged with breaking and entering during the day, larceny of a building, and malicious destruction of property over $250. Anajarian was also charged with forgery and larceny on warrants from outside departments. See related story here.

2:03 p.m. – A dispute between family members, with one assaulting another with a pot, was reported on Abermarle Avenue. Police are investigating.

3:15 p.m. – Solicitors were reported on Winter Street.

5:18 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Stedman Road.

5:43 p.m. – A suspicious person was reported on Worthen Road.

8:58 p.m. – Suspicious phone calls were reported on Mass Avenue.

10:19 p.m. – Larceny of a purse and a set of keys was reported on Bedford Street. Jessica L. Boyd, 23, of 91 Marshall St., Fitchburg, was arrested and charged with larceny from a person, larceny from a building, false use of a credit card over $250, illegal possession of a Class E substance and giving a false name after arrest, police said.

 

Saturday, Aug. 14

8:28 a.m. – Several mailboxes were reported as damaged on Concord Avenue.

9:30 a.m. – A black wallet was found on Marrett Road.

1:37 p.m. – Police assisted a resident locked out on Bedford Street.

2:21 p.m. – A parking complaint of a white van facing the wrong way was reported on Solomon Pierce Road.

3:41 p.m. – A wire was reported down on Smith Avenue.

4:23 p.m. – Notification was received of street lights being out on Lowell Street.

5:03 p.m. – A bicycle was reported stolen on Mass Avenue.

6:18 p.m. – A 4-year-old boy was reported missing on Lincoln Street. The boy was found several minutes later.

6:31 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Spring Street.

11:50 p.m. – A driver on Bedford Street was cited for driving with a suspended license.

 

Friday, Aug. 13

1:43 a.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Welch Road.

9:03 a.m. – Police assisted Hanscom Air Force Base law enforcement officers on Wood Street.

1:35 p.m. – Vandalism to mailboxes was reported on Rockville Avenue.

1:47 p.m. – A criminal process was served on Reed Street.

2:02 p.m. – A Collie dog was reported as having run away on Bedford Street.

2:05 p.m. – A driver was for driving with a suspended license on Bedford Street.

3:10 p.m. – A disturbance was reported on Taft Avenue.

5:19 p.m. – Suspicious activity was reported on Mass Avenue.

11:34 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Marrett Road.

11:45 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Rte. 2 at Waltham Street.

 

Thursday, Aug. 12

1:22 a.m. – Vandalism to a car was reported on Whipple Road. A rock was thrown through the rear window. Nothing was taken from the car.

3:48 a.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on North Street.

7:38 a.m. – A box truck was reported stolen from a construction site on Bates Road. The truck was found in Malden the next day by police there.

8:02 a.m. – Malicious destruction of property over $250 was reported on Lowell Street. Electrical wires to two apartments were cut overnight. Damages are estimated to be several thousand dollars.

10:53 a.m. – A car was reported broken into on Shade Street. Quarters were stolen.

12:28 p.m. – Police assisted a resident locked out on Dunham Street.

12:28 p.m. – Vandalism to a fence was reported on Brandon Street.

12:31 p.m. – A 14-year-old boy was reported missing on Peacock Farm Road. The boy was found in Boston by his father six hours later.

1:26 p.m. – An arrest on an outside warrant was made on Wood Street and Old Mass Avenue. Stephen J. Paterson, 65, of 411 Great Road, Acton, was charged with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered car, police said.

2:39 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Lowell Street.

3:05 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Mass Avenue at Waltham Street.

4:17 p.m. – Threats were reported on Marrett Road.

5:52 p.m. – A burglary was reported on Bridge Street. Entry was gained through a side basement window, and two bedrooms were gone through. Jewelry and $1,000 cash were reported stolen.

6:25 p.m. – A door was reported open on Valleyfield Street.

8:58 p.m. – A customer dispute was reported on Mass Avenue.

9:19 p.m. – A dog was reported missing on Harding Road.

9:25 p.m. – A fireworks complaint was received from Hill Street.

9:36 p.m. – A wallet was reported lost on Goodwin Road.

11:23 p.m. – A fireworks complaint was received from Mass Avenue at the Bikeway.

 

Wednesday, Aug. 11

7:04 a.m. – Trash dumping was reported on Mass Avenue.

9:26 a.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Grove Street.

9:42 a.m. – A wire was reported down on Pleasant Street.

11:28 a.m. – A tree and wires were reported as down in the street on Harding Road.

3:26 p.m. – A cell phone was found.

5:43 p.m. – A low-hanging wire was reported on Waltham Street.

7:03 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Bedford Street.

8:52 p.m. – An explosion was reported on Hamblen Street.

9:52 p.m. – An erratic driver was reported on Waltham Street.

 

Tuesday, Aug. 10

6:54 a.m. – A noise complaint was received from Mass Avenue.

8:48 a.m. – An accident occurred on Bartlett Avenue.

8:54 a.m. – An accident occurred on Pleasant Street.

2:09 p.m. – A lost diamond was reported on Baskin road.

2:31 p.m. – Tools were reported as stolen from a jobsite on Emerson Road, having occurred the previous night. Tools valued at $1,400 were taken.

4:57 p.m. – An accident occurred on Hancock Street.

7:31 p.m. – A domestic dispute was reported on Bedford Street.

8:05 p.m. – A past hit-and-run accident was reported on Vine Street.

8:43 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Mass Avenue.

11:39 p.m. – A driver blowing his horn was reported on Mass Avenue.

 

Monday, Aug. 9

12:08 a.m. – A stolen car was recovered on Maguire Road. The car was stolen in Billerica Aug. 7, and Bedford police noticed the car in a lot on Maguire Road. The keys were inside.

12:09 a.m. – Annoying phone calls were reported on Turnberry Hill Road.

6:42 a.m. – A noise complaint was received from Marrett Road.

8:13 a.m. – An accident occurred on Mass Avenue at Worthen Road.

12:42 p.m. – An arrest was made on Pelham Road on an outside warrant.

1:23 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Waltham Street.

6:03 p.m. – A wire was reported down on Paul Revere Road.

6:07 p.m. – An accident occurred on Lowell Stret.

7:21 p.m. – A car was reported as disabled on Hancock Street.

9:36 p.m. – An accident occurred on Mass Avenue at Cedar Street.

11:43 p.m. – Arlington police asked police to be on the lookout for a stolen car.
