Woman Arrested for OUI, Multiple Motor Vehicle Break-Ins
The following information was provided by the Lexington Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, November 9-
Police arrested Mariya Gapon, 31, of 11 Mountain Gate Road, Ashland, on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation and speeding. Arrest made at 1:04 a.m. on Route 128.
At 11:35 p.m. police issued a citation to a driver on Woburn Street for operating with a suspended license.

Sunday, November 10-
Police arrested Gabriella Noveck, 19, of 26 Locust Avenue, Lexington, on a warrant for OUI Alcohol and possession of class B and C substance, operating without a license and speeding.

Police arrested Nisit Patel, 33, of 16 Henderson St., Arlington, on charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker.
Police arrested Phillip Louis Tropeano, 41, of 11 Larchmont Lane, Lexington, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
Monday, November 11-
At 9:09 a.m. a Bedford Street caller reported harassing phone calls.
At 10:44 a.m. there was a report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering on Smith Avenue. Sometime after 6:45 p.m. the day before someone entered an unlocked vehicle and loose change was taken.
At 11:22 a.m. there was a report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering on Smith Avenue. Sometime between 8 p.m. and 9 a.m. both unlocked vehicles in the driveway were entered and loose change was stolen.
At 11:58 a.m. there was a report of shoplifting on Bedford Street. Stop & Shop reported a juvenile subject was caught stealing less than $5 in candy. Mother advised.
At 12:39 p.m. there was a report of three youths throwing items at passing cars at Reed Street and Vaille Avenue.
At 12:57 p.m. there was a report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering on Smith Avenue.
At 6:32 p.m. there was a report of an erratic driver on Concord Avenue.
