Your Guide: Weekend Corn Festival
You're invited to get corny at Wilson Farm in Lexington.

Whether it’s on the cob at a cookout or dressed up next to lobster on a white plate somewhere, there’s something about corn in the summer.
And there’s a chance to celebrate the stuff this weekend at Wilson Farm’s Annual Corn Festival.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday, Lexington’s Wilson Farm will feature corn-centric samples from the kitchen and bakery, corny games and shucking contests.

“Come celebrate the taste of summer,” the Pleasant Street farm says on its website. “Any way you shuck it, it will be fun for the whole family.”
According to the event description, there will be corn toss and corn painting for kids, a contest to name the farm’s new baby goats and a shucking contest with prizes.
