• Waltham mulling rezoning parcels on Lincoln border (lincolnsquirrel.com) — Waltham is weighing a rezoning plan for nine Winter Street and Old County Road parcels that sit directly on the Lincoln border, abutting about a dozen Lincoln properties. The mixed-use proposal could convert underused office space into housing, labs, and other uses, with key hearings scheduled this month before a final City Council decision by March 2026.
