Diabetes Lecture: Karen Orband, R. N. will be at the Lynnfield Senior Center to discuss diabetes, what it is and some treatments. Thursday, Aug. 29th at 12:30. Free. Please sign up. Lunch is served at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00. You must sign up for lunch by noon the day before. Depending on interest, this will be a monthly discussion.

Lynnfield Youth Sports Middle School Volleyball: Registration for fall 2013 volleyball for girls going into 6th, 7th, and 8th grade is now open. If your daughter is interested in playing, please email lynnfieldvolleyball@gmail.com for a registration form and more information. Your daughter's registration must be received by August 31 to guarantee her a spot. Registrations after August 31 will be accepted on a space-available basis. The program runs approximately ten weeks, beginning immediately after Labor Day, every Tuesday and Thursday at Lynnfield High School. The girls will be divided into teams and will play either 6:00 - 7:30 or 7:30 - 9:00.
Library: The Library is closed on Saturday and Monday for Labor Day.
