- The Trump/Pence ticket won in Lynnfield by around 600 votes.
- Congressman Seth Moulton won his uncontested race.
- Terrence W. Kennedy wins his uncontested race for Governor's Council.
- Thomas M. McGee win his uncontested race for senator.
- Bradley H. Jones, Jr., wins his uncontested race for representative.
- Anne Manning-Martin wins Lynnfield for Essex County Sheriff.
- Question 1 (slot licenses) lost.
- Question 2 (charter schools) lost.
- Question 3 (free range chickens) won.
- Question 4 (recreational marijuana) lost.
