Agenda Set for the Lynnfield Selectmen Meeting
Litigation strategy, discussion of Question 4, and Center Farm will be on the agenda for Monday's meeting.
LYNNFIELD, MA – The Town of Lynnfield recently released the agenda for the Board of Selectmen's meeting on Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the Merritt Center.
The board is scheduled to request executive session to discuss litigation strategy in the Lynnfield v. Pascucci case. After executive session, the agenda calls for discussion of Question 4: the legalization of recreational marijuana.
The selectmen are also expected to give an update on Center Farm. There will be a public hearing on the allocation of the local property tax levy among the five property classes for FY2017.

Also on the agenda is the designation of selectman to sign warrants, appointment of liquor enforcement officers, a resignation from the Board of Appeals (alternate), a vacancy on the Board of Registrars, designation of selectman to sign treasury warrants, and updates on the rail trail, Perley Burrill, and the golf clubhouse.
