Lynnfield Veterans Ceremony Gets Strong Turnout

A sizable crowd turned out Monday morning for Lynnfield's annual Veterans Day observance ceremony on the town common. 

In this video from the morning ceremony, John H. Kimball III speaks during his first year as the town veterans affairs agent. Reverend Dennis Bailey, chaplain of the Lynnfield Fire Department and pastor at Centre Congregational Church, led the gathering in a prayer, while Board of Selectmen Chair Phil Crawford offered his own remarks in honor of America's veterans. The event concluded with LHS senior Josh Hayden playing "Taps."
