Lynnfield Woman Seeks Help Finding Missing Cat

Orange cat with stub for a tail last seen Aug. 11 near Summer Street and Doncaster Circle.

The following is from a Lynnfield resident named Sandy:

This is a homeless kitty I have been taking care of for over a year and a half.  He kept coming to my backyard to eat and to get petted.  He has not been around for over two weeks (since August 11).  He was last seen heading up the hill behind my home on Summer Street towards Doncaster Circle where he has been seen in the past.  I have been over there looking for him but, no luck.

He is a large orange fellow with a stub for a tail.  He answers to Punkin (his former name-Charlie).  He is easily frightened and shy, but a sweet and sad soul who has had a very hard life.  He was reported lost to PAWS four years ago.

Help, if you have seen him please call me at 781-334-6224, my name is Sandy (spesce@att.net) and this kitty has stolen my heart and I miss him dearly.  I almost got him to feel comfortable enough to come in out of the outside world he has called home for four lonely and scary years before disappearing again into the unsafe wild.
