Man Suffers Hand Injury While Snowblowing

Lynnfield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, December 13 and Sunday, December 15.
On Friday, December 13 at 9:12 a.m. an Apple Hill Lane resident reported a man in the woods had been looking into her window.
At 1:51 p.m. police issued a summons to a 24 year old Lynn man charging him with operating with a revoked registration and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
At 3:01 p.m. an accident with no injury was reported in front of Kelly Nissan.
On Saturday, December 14 at 7:56 a.m. a caller reported that an assault had occurred at The Yard House. Police arrested Rodemiro Romualdo Morales-Gomes and charged him with assault and battery – domestic, and witness intimidation.
At 10:44 a.m. a minor accident was reported near The Savings Bank.
At 4:25 p.m. a caller reported a woman having a seizure in the woods near Center Court. Police found that she was not actually having a seizure, but was merely talking on her phone in an animated fashion.
At 4:40 p.m. rescue personnel responded to Sunrise Senior Living after a fall was reported.
At 7:20 p.m. a disabled vehicle was reported on 128. It turned out to be a motorist having a medical problem.
At 11:33 p.m. an accident with no injury was reported on Condon Circle.
On Sunday, December 15 at 1:04 a.m. police arrested Brian M. Gear, 45, 10 Beechwood Road, Lynnfield, and charged him with assault and battery – domestic and with possession of a shotgun without an FID card.
At 9:30 a.m. a man on Edward Ave. reportedly suffered a serious hand injury while using a snowblower.
