Drinking In Public And Lots of Drugs in These 9 Recent Arrests in Malden

• Devin Thorne, of 51 Dexter Rd., Melrose, was arrested at 12:18 p.m. at the Forest Dale Cemetery on charges of drinking in public and resisting arrest.

Wednesday, April 29

• Mac Little, of 22 High St., Medford, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. at 25 Commercial St., charged with drinking in public.
• Deborah Jacobs, also of 22 High St., Medford, was arrested at the same time and also charged with drinking in public.

• Ashley Foster, of 108 Madison St., Malden, was arrested at 10:18 a.m. nearby 339 Pleasant St., charged with possession of a stolen car and class B drugs.

• Moise Raphael, of 49 Poole St., Medford, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. nearby 25 Commercial St., charged with possession with intent to distribute class B drugs.

• Robin Partee, of 113 Hampshire St., Cambridge, was arrested at the CHA Malden Family Medicine Center at 4:05 p.m., charged with possession of class A, class B, and class E drugs, and breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.

• Ban Toch, of 67 Derby Rd., Revere, was arrested at the corner of Bryant Street and Eastern Avenue at 9:23 p.m., charged with driving under the influence.

April 30

• Louis Nardella, of 585 Revere Beach Prkwy, Revere, was arrested at the Econo Lodge Motel, charged with refusing to provide a required DNA database sample (presumably urine).
• Michael Cain, of 55 Broadway, Somerville, was arrested at the 99 Charles St. Stop & Shop at 4:25 p.m., charged with possession of class A drugs.
