Malden Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Drug Charges
The resident's sentencing is scheduled for later this year.
MALDEN, MA — A resident pled guilty in Boston federal court this week for his role in a conspiracy to distribute cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.
33-year-old Logan Pierre specifically pled guilty to conspiracy to possess and distribute 500 grams of methamphetamine and 40 grams each of cocaine and fentanyl. His crimes come with a sentence of 10 years and up to life in federal prison, a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of up to $10 million.
According to the U.S. District Court Judge Brian E. Murphy, Pierre's sentence is scheduled for Thursday, June 5. His brother, Isaiah Pierre, was charged with the same crime but escaped apprehension and remains a fugitive.
