Nearby Police Warn Of New Drug Called the 'NBOMe'
The offensively nicknamed hallucinogen is making its presence known in Mass.

A new drug - which is technically legal in Massachusetts - caused a pair of teenagers to fly off the handle in Everett over the weekend, according to a report from Fox News.
The synthetic hallucinogen grossly nicknamed the“NBOMe” - pronounced “N-Bomb” - caused one individual to foam at the mouth, ramble incoherently, and assault a police officer, states Fox. The other young man who took a dose of “NBOMe” allegedly stripped down to his underwear before breaking into a stranger’s home.
Fox notes that even though it hasn’t yet been classified as a controlled substance, “NBOMe” has led to a handful of deaths in the U.S., and its effects are somewhat comparable to LSD.
