Red Sox World Series Trophies On Display In Malden Saturday Night

Stop by the John Brewers Tavern in Malden Saturday night between 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Donate the necessary $10 minimum to the Krystle Campbell Medford Strong Scholarship Award. Feel good about yourself, because you just helped a stranger go to college. Then, get your picture taken with the three Red Sox World Series trophies on display that night.

Frame the picture in your living room. Invent an elaborate fiction, in which you were an honorary but indispensable member of the Red Sox at one point, and David Ortiz himself insisted that you be given some credit for the team’s 2004, 2007, and 2013 World Series wins. Tell the tale to your guests.

In all seriousness this event on Saturday, April 25 at Brewers sounds like a very excellent time for sports fans, and all for a good cause. In addition to photo ops with the trophies, attendees can enjoy the presence of surprise celebrity guests, raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and a DJ.
