RnB/Funk/Soul Band Comes To Malden Summer Concert Series Tuesday

MALDEN, MA — Malden’s Summer Concert Series will resume on Tuesday with a performance by Boston-based RnB/Funk/Soul outfit Brothers Walk Band.

Scheduled as the third of four performances in the concert series this summer, the show this week follows a performance by That’s Ben Gardner’s Boat last week.

The Summer Concert Series will conclude later this month with a show by The Reminisants on Aug. 23.

The Summer Concert Series is sponsored by the Office of Mayor Gary Christenson in memory of Malden’s Sal Khan.

All concerts will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. outside City Hall.

Separate from of the Summer Concert Series, Malden is also gearing up for its third and final Summer Festival event on Saturday, Aug. 13. That event will run from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., transforming Pleasant Street in Malden into an open air market complete with live music, art stations, vendors and more.
