Thousands Without Power in Malden

A few thousand homes were without power in Malden Thursday morning, according to a tweet from the City of Malden account.

"Power outage in the Edgeworth section of Malden affecting nearly 2,000 homes," reads the tweeted around 11:30 a.m. Oct. 17. "National Grid is on scene to fix the issue."

It's currently unclear when power is expected to be restored.

Malden Patch left a message with National Grid.
