Allagash White Most Popular Craft Beer at Jimmy's in Mansfield

Mansfield’s George Pantos, of Jimmy’s Pub, has been in the business for about 40 years, and he said the most popular craft beer, at least at Jimmy’s, is the Allagash White.

Allagash White is an American interpretation of a Belgian wheat beer, mixed with curacao and orange peel, regarded as a “fruity” wheat beer.

Pantos said the Maine Brewing Company’s Lunch IPA is a close second.

“It sold out in three days,” he said.

May 7 will see Jimmy’s Pub hosting the Southern Tier vs Heavy Seas Beer dinner.  Tickets are currently available at the bar.
